SUPPLEMENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ESIGNGLOBAL

Supplemental Terms and Conditions for eSignGlobal (the "Agreement") is a supplemental agreement between eSign and you regarding your use of eSign's eSignGlobal electronic signature service. eSign's eSignGlobal electronic signature service (the "Service") is a type of electronic signature service provided by eSign. In order to use this service, you should fully read and understand this agreement.

YOU SHOULD ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED TO ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH THIS AGREEMENT, OTHERWISE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SERVICE. BY CONFIRMING THROUGH THE WEBPAGE OR IN ANY OTHER WAY EXPRESSLY OR IMPLIEDLY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR BY USING THE SERVICE IN ANY WAY, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT, WHICH SHALL HAVE LEGAL EFFECT BETWEEN YOU AND ESIGN.

1. This service DOES NOT COMPEL THE signatory parties to complete the identity authentication required for a reliable electronic signature in accordance with the Electronic Signature Law of the People's Republic of China, YOU SHOULD CONFIRM ON YOUR OWN WHETHER THE AUTHENTICATION METHOD OF THE SIGNATORY PARTIES IS IN LINE WITH YOUR EXPECTATIONS, and if there are any objections, you should sign on your own with the consensus of the signatory parties in order to protect your legitimate rights and interests.

2. This service DOES NOT ISSUE DIGITAL CERTIFICATES TO EACH SIGNATORY, and each signatory only needs to draw a hand-drawn signature or select an electronic signature graphic when signing an electronic document.

3. The Service will use the electronic signature of the digital certificate holder for eSign (Hangzhou eSign Information Technology Co., Ltd.) to ensure that any changes to the electronic signature and the content or form of the electronic document can be detected after the signing of the electronic document is completed. The Service will also automatically generate the corresponding supporting documents after the signing is completed by each signatory to serve as a true record of the key operations of the Service on the electronic documents involved.

4. YOU ARE OBLIGED TO CONFIRM WHETHER THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS YOU NEED TO SIGN ARE APPLICABLE TO THIS SERVICE. IF THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY ESIGN IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATUS QUO CANNOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE JURISDICTION AND THE GOVERNING LAW OF THE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS YOU SIGN, YOU NEED TO IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS PROCESS OR SYSTEM FUNCTIONS TO COMPLY WITH THE CORRESPONDING PROVISIONS, AND ESIGN SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS REGARD.

5. You should ensure that you are of legal age as required by the jurisdiction and governing law of the jurisdiction to which you are signing the electronic document.

6. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the eSign Service Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail in the event of your use of the Service. For any part of this Agreement that has not been agreed upon herein, or for your use of other products and services of eSign, the eSign Service Agreement shall prevail.
