Before using the eSign Quick Sign feature, please carefully read and understand the relevant terms.

1. How to Trigger Quick Sign:

When the developer of the application system successfully applies for and activates the Quick Sign feature, and integrates it according to eSign's interface requirements, the signing process initiated on their application system can, as per the developer's preference, help exempt the actual signing user from the intention verification. After the user agrees and completes authorization once, within the specified days designated by the application system developer, signing eSign electronic contracts again on the same application system using the same browser will exempt the intention verification operation. After the authorization expires, initiating signing again will trigger a re-application.

1. How Quick Sign Takes Effect:

If you agree to enable Quick Sign to exempt the intention verification, in this contract signing, you still need to complete real-name authentication or intention verification to confirm your identity. We will record the business system application identifier, authentication information, and browser unique identifier for the current contract signing, for subsequent identification of your identity and effectiveness. Within the authorization validity period, signing eSign electronic contracts using the current browser in the current application system will exempt the intention. If you later switch (including uninstalling and reinstalling, installing and using on another device) to a new browser and use it to open the eSign electronic contract signing page to operate contract signing or operate contract signing in other application systems, the exemption will not take effect until you agree to an exemption authorization on the new device or in the new application system.

1. Refusal to Enable:

If you do not agree to exempt the intention verification in subsequent contract signings, you can click to refuse this agreement. After refusal, you can still complete this and subsequent contract signings through intention verification.

1. Data Transmission, Reuse, Sharing:

Authorization records, including your identity information and browser unique identifier, are saved on eSign servers. Data is only for the query and use of the eSign Quick Sign feature and will not be shared with other third-party platforms.
