1. You are currently engaging in electronic signing, and related electronic signature, facial recognition, and digital certificate services will be provided by Hangzhou Tiangu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "eSign"). You should carefully read, fully understand, and comply with this "Signing Notice" (hereinafter referred to as "this Notice"). If you have any questions about this Notice or cannot accurately understand any term, please refrain from proceeding further.

2. You acknowledge and agree that by signing this Notice or accepting eSign services, you authorize the following:

 (1) Authorize eSign to collect your personal identity information and provide the collected information to third-party institutions legally holding your information for comparison and verification. Verified identity information will be provided to the Electronic Certification Authority (hereinafter referred to as "CA institution") to assist you in applying for a digital certificate generated by the CA institution and distributed by eSign. When you first apply for and use a digital certificate, it is deemed that you are aware of and agree to the relevant rules published on eSign's and the corresponding CA institution's official websites, and fully understand their rights, obligations, and responsibilities; 

(2) Authorize eSign to apply for and use digital certificates for you after you submit signing and pass facial recognition; 

(3) Authorize eSign to store your digital certificate-related information according to the legal requirements and properly manage the private key of the digital certificate you have applied for. The digital certificate will be automatically renewed upon expiration. You should ensure that you have the corresponding capacity for civil conduct, and you shall bear all rights, obligations, and consequences of the authorized actions.

3. You acknowledge and agree that you should truthfully provide all necessary materials for digital certificate application for eSign's review, and ensure the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the provided materials. If any adverse consequences arise due to incorrect information provided by you or the use of others' identity information, you shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.

4. You acknowledge and agree that if there are changes to the digital certificate information during the validity period, you shall promptly inform eSign in writing and cease using the digital certificate.

5. You acknowledge and agree that you shall use the applied digital certificate legally according to the provisions of this Notice. If you engage in illegal activities or seriously violate the provisions of this Notice, eSign has the right to request the CA institution to revoke your digital certificate (with the validity period expiring from the date of revocation) and demand that you bear corresponding responsibilities.

6. You acknowledge and agree that the electronic contracts confirmed and signed on this page according to the relevant rules of the eSign platform are deemed to be your true intention and signed in your name, with legal effect. You should properly safeguard your account password and other account information such as mobile phone verification codes. The electronic contracts concluded through the aforementioned methods are legally binding on all parties to the contract.

7. You acknowledge and agree that the original text of the electronic contracts signed through this website is the responsibility of the initiator of the contract signing to store, and eSign has the right to store your signing process data. You should promptly download the original text of the electronic contract and store it properly after signing. If you fail to download the original text in time, resulting in the inability to view the electronic contract data beyond the deadline, you shall bear all adverse consequences arising therefrom.

8. You acknowledge and agree that the real-name authentication information submitted during the electronic contract signing process, and the electronic evidence generated from the aforementioned operations, are recognized. If disputes arise from contract performance, you acknowledge that the electronic evidence generated during the contract signing process can be directly used as the basis for dispute resolution.
