Please read the following registration instructions carefully before you decide to use eSign electronic signature service. The purpose of the instructions is to clarify the rights and obligations between you and eSign (including Hangzhou TianGu Information Technology Co.,Ltd. and its affiliates). Please ensure that you fully understand and agree to the relevant terms and conditions, as well as "eSign Service Agreement" and "eSign Privacy Policy". These agreements are important guidance for you to use the electronic signature service of eSign, which are publicized at: https://www.eSign.cn/gw/fwxy/.

1.Authority and Responsibility

Identity Information Submit : You may submit your personally identifiable information or authorize a third party to submit his personally identifiable information on his behalf to eSign and its cooperating CA agency (hereinafter referred to as "CA"). eSign will assist you or the authorizer to apply for a digital certificate issued by CA after receiving the information.

Digital Certificate Management: eSign reserves the right to keep your or the authorizer"s CA certificate in an appropriate manner and to invoke the CA certificate upon your or the authorizer"s request. eSign will automatically renew the digital certificate for you or the authorizer after the expiration of the validity period. The storage period of relevant data is 5 years from the date of production.

Account Registration: You authorize eSign to open an eSign account associated with your or the authorized party"s identity information. The account can use the generated electronic signature. You should keep the account information properly to avoid misappropriation or other losses.

2. General 

Authenticity of materials: You should truthfully provide the materials required for the application of digital certificate and ensure the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the materials. You shall bear the unfavorable consequences caused by wrong materials or fraudulent use of other people"s identity information. If the certificate information changes, you should inform eSign in writing in time and terminate the use of the original certificate.

Authorized signature: You confirm that you have the right to sign this agreement and to perform your obligations hereunder. You confirm that you have obtained the legal written authorization of the right holders to process relevant business data, electronic documents and personal information.

Personal Information Authorization: You warrant that you have obtained legal and valid authorization for the use of information (including business transaction information and personal information) to which others have proprietary rights and which you are required to process in order to use the Service. The authorization includes at least the type of information, purpose, consent to transmission, choice of service provider and return of results. In particular, you undertake to process your personal information within the scope of the authorization of the subject. Any unauthorized personal information shall not be provided to eSign for processing. You shall keep the authorized data properly and cooperate with eSign in verifying the necessary information. If you fail to obtain valid consent or authorization, or violate the provisions of this agreement, eSign shall have the right to stop the service immediately and require you to bear the corresponding legal liability, including compensation for the losses suffered by eSign as a result.

Rule consent：You should read and agree to the rules when applying for a digital certificate for the first time. Any continued use is deemed that you have known and agreed to the relevant rules published on the official website of eSign and CA.

Lawful use: You should use the applied digital certificate lawfully. If you violate the local laws and regulations or the agreement of this authorization, eSign shall have the right to apply for revocation of the relevant certificate and require the party at fault to bear responsibility.

Recognition of electronic evidence：You acknowledge the personally identifiable information submitted in the process of signing the electronic contract and the relevant electronic evidence generated. You agree to use it directly as evidence in dispute settlement.
